My immunity-boosting soup recipe

2 pieces of organic/hormone-free chicken

2 stalks of celery

1 red onion

10-12 cloves garlic, peeled

7.5cm knob ginger, peeled

6 black peppercorns

A handful of fresh thyme

A pinch of good sea salt or pink salt to taste

1/2 - 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)

 

Place ingredients in a pot. Cover with water and boil for 40 minutes. Remove chicken and cut into strips. Do not eat chicken if you are coughing or beginning to cough. You may also add some noodles or macaroni (non-wheat) to the soup.
