Can you believe we are already in the 4th month of the year? Now, this month of April is dedicated to stress.

Stress, it can be said, is easily one of our constant companions that, whether we like it or not, is always there. Now, stress is not all bad, as sometimes it pushes us forward and helps us get things done and even create wonderful things.

Though, unfortunately, stress too often is not our friend and can get the better of us all. Top stressors include work deadlines, financial issues, relationship issues, worrying about our families and children, health scares, childhood trauma... the list goes on. BUT, fear not overwhelmed! :)
