Preventing blood clots - is there anything we can do?
Since the begining of this Pandemic in 2020, as we all started trying to understand what exactly this new virus was, and is, and how exactly it would effect us, there has been much talk about how to strengthen our bodies.
Starting from our immune systems, our lungs and our stomachs, however, an area that has been little discussed is how to take care of our heart and blood system!
Unfortunately it seems, this virus can have an adverse effect on our hearts and blood system, as recently, we have seen the incidences of heart attack, blood clots and stroke increase😔.
I have always been of the opinion that one should be proactive when it comes to our health! So instead of living in fear of things happening to us, let’s see what we can do to help prevent things from happening.
So, today we will talk about blood clots, as this also is relevant, as many take their vaccines ( even though there is no hardcore evidence available yet of how the vaccine affects our blood, it is something that is being investigated! SO be proactive!)
The best thing to help prevent blood clots from happening is to keep our blood thin (if you are already on blood thinners please speak to your doctor before following this advice).
Here are nature’s best blood thinners!!
🧚🏻♀️ Garlic (raw) - good for so many things!! But in this case make a daily drink ( I do this at night) of lemon, honey and garlic - squeeze 1 lemon, crush 1 garlic and 1-2 tsp of honey add warm water).
🧚🏻♀️Gingko Biloba - take the extract or supplement. You can also add gingko nuts to soups and desserts!!
🧚🏻♀️Cayenne Powder or tincture. (Recipe for cayenne tincture in previous post). You can also make the powder into a tea - it’ll be spicy 🌶!!
🧚🏻♀️Turmeric & Ginger - turmeric latte anyone?
🧚🏻♀️Grapefruit Seed Extract
🧚🏻♀️Vitamin E - 600 ius
Choose a few to add into your diets on a daily basis. At the same time keep your circulation fluid - skin brushing, circulation scrubs ( a new one coming into The Farmacy soon!!😊), stretch and exercise (though not strenuous exercise after your vaccine!!) and drink lots of water!!
However! If you see your self bruising too easily, reduce the blood thinning foods or supplements!
Good health everyone! Love Juliet 💕
Ps would any one like videos on what you could proactively do in case of a stroke or heart attack?!? (Whilst waiting for an ambulance!)
