Instructions

Place 14-20 of the peach resin stones into a medium sized bowl. Cover with warm or room temperature water and cover. Let it sit over night. The next day, remove the black hard piece from each stone. Store in the fridge. Every morning, take 3-4 of the re-hydrated resins. Place into a cup of herbal tea or red date and Longan tea or a smoothy to blend in. Take daily or every other day.
