Ingredients

Sunflower oil, carrot seed oil, castor oil, beeswax, shea butter, 100% pure essential oils - eucalyptus citriadora, eucalyptus globulus, eucalyptus radiata, ravensara, sage, thyme, ginger, sandalwood, frankincense, sweet marjoram, myrrh.

Instructions

Apply a generous amount of the chest rub on the front and back of the chest and arms and soles of feet. Put socks on feet. Scan the QR code for acupressure points and dietary advice to help ease a cough.
